From January 14 to 18, 2025, the lecturers from the Faculty of Economics Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elena Stavrova, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinka Zlateva, Senior Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ani Stoitsova and Senior Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lyubomira Pinelova visited the city of Adana, Republic of Turkey in implementation of the planned activities under PROJECT 220-SCH - COOPERATION PARTNERSHIPS IN SCHOOL EDUCATION FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY KA220-SCH-69424D6C, funded by the ERASMUS + program for strategic partnerships.
The sixth working meeting envisaged in the implementation plan was held at the base organization - Yavuz Selim Secondary School Ortaulu, with the participation of partners from VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY, Yavuz Selim Ortaokulu -Turkey, Platon M.E.P.E. – Greece, UNIVERSAL LEARNING SYSTEMS LTD – Ireland, Context Learning Finland Oy – Finland, SOUTH-WEST UNIVERSITY NEOFIT RILSKI- Bulgaria, Yenilikçi Eğitim Derneği – Turkey.
Within the framework of the activities envisaged in the work program of the meeting, the level of implementation of the tasks of each of the partners and the contribution of each of them to the final phase of the project and obtaining the planned results were discussed.
The partners reported on the results of the trainings realized with the students of the partner colleges and their teachers, the level of completion of the digital content of the Financial Literacy curriculum, the structure of the educational packages, as well as the final details of the work on visualization and sustainability of the project work for its successful completion.
